　2．公司產品介紹。一般是對本公司經營產品的整體情況的介紹，也可以是對對方感興趣的某些特定產品進行推薦性的介紹。產品介紹一般包括印刷品質量、價格水平，銷路等，同時為了對方更詳細了解本公司產品，通過還附上目錄、價目表或郵樣品等。

　三、結尾部分

　通過結尾部分包括盼對方盡快回音、下定單或告知意見并表示敬意等語句。
